About a year a go..
It was pretty damn fast, like a snap decision. We finally decided to get married on April 2014 because I just got a job in Jakarta, and our wedding planning was June. We think why don't speed it up? Such a giant leap, super nervous, but we finally together forever and ever and ever! (duuhh :p)
We only invited family and super close friends, no printed invitation, no Facebook invitation, it was just the closest ones. Don't get me wrong, we wanted to make it big but our budget and preparation says the opposite. But it doesn't really matter as long as everything run smoothly.
Where'd I get married? It was in Sundanese resto in Bandung, La Ponyo.
And here are some snapshots from the make up process...
I had to wake up early like at 4.00AM for this make up preparation. I'm happy with the result so far, looked natural and not so feminine. Mixed up with traditional Kebaya, my red hair, and my so-not-tall body, haha.
And finally, here are the wedding groom and bride!
Pardon the stache on your left |
Yoooohhhh! |
The gold and tosca Kebaya really matched our wedding DAY :) Traditional Indonesian marriage doesn't look so bored and lame right?
